services holding company, announced today that it has priced a secondary public offering of 3,608,820 shares of its common
stock at $4.25 per share. The shares are being sold by its founder and Chairman of the Board, Theodore E. Charles, age 68,
members of his family, family trusts and a controlled charitable foundation. The Company will not receive any proceeds from
the offering.
Investors Capital Corp, the wholly-owned broker-dealer and investment advisory subsidiary of the Company, is acting as the
